Who should attend this training about electronic marketing…

This workshop is geared to the person in the non-corporate business who is responsible for overseeing your electronic marketing efforts and making decisions about your electronic marketing strategy.

The workshop’s aim is to help you make decisions about your e-marketing, not at making you an expert in any particular technical area. For example, we will not make you into a SEO expert, but we do go through a number of things that you can do yourself to get you a very good ranking in search engines – without having to pay thousands of Rands.

Your company probably already has a website (which may look fantastic, or need a lot of TLC) or is looking at getting one in the near future.

More about the 2B Electronic Marketing Workshop

The delegate will be given basic notes and references on all of the topics that are handled.

The workshop will be presented in English. You do not have to have any specific educational qualifications to attend this workshop. All you need is a basic understanding of how to use the internet and have an e-mail account that you use regularly.

About the presenter, Ann Williams…

Electronic marketing practical workshop and trainingThe workshop presenter, Ann Williams, has been the Online Editor for Business Day newspaper and is currently the Founder and Editor of www.2BBiz.co.za which she designed, programmed, writes for and does the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for. This website is currently one of the top ranking SEO’d websites in South Africa and leaves other sites of its size trailing far behind.

Ann was also on the founding board of ABIS, the original South African online advertising association, as well as using electronic marketing extensively for the promotion of 2BBiz.co.za.

However, being a little bit of a cynic about the costs and impact of the electronic marketing that is done by large company websites and the mainstream media, she is continuously looking for smart ways in which smaller businesses and non-profit organisations can get massively effective results from this relatively cost-effective medium.
